With the modern age of television and computers more people than ever are spending time at work and at home just sitting. They lack the proper movement (exercise) which effects our digestive system, lymphatic system, and overall immune system in a very negative way. We need movement to not only bring oxygen and nutrients to all the cells but to remove the toxic waste as well. Without proper movement our cells,over a period of time,die of suffocation in our own toxic waste.
To experience excellent health you must move your body, this allows all the systems to work in harmony.
