“Anti-aging is a phrase that we all have become familiar with, it somehow makes us feel like we can turn back the hands of time, capture the fountain of youth. “Marlies White” uses a phrase called “Age Management”, and I love that phrase. Getting old does NOT mean losing control of how we look, behave and are perceived by others.

Here are some tips to manage your aging :)

1 – Exercise – keep yourself in shape both healthwise and lookwise…getting older doesn’t have to mean getting fatter. Exercising will also help your breathing…and we all know oxygen IS the fountain of youth!

2 – If possible, do a lot of volunteering. Helping others can keep you mentally younger and feeling good about yourself. Volunteer for both the elderly and the youngsters.

3 – Eat nutritious foods. Getting old doesn’t mean that you can eat what you want (unfortunately). Keep healthy and youthful by eating the right foods.

4 – Enjoy relationships. Aging doesn’t mean dead

5 – Use supplements to help you keep a youthful mind and healthy body. There are scientifically proven supplements to help you be the best you can.

Age Management! I love it.
