- It is short and shallow type of breathing

- Usually if you breath through the mouth, it is too fast.

- And, it can cause snoring ZZZZZ…

Breathing through the mouth is good if you have exercised and you need breath, if you are stressed maybe…any time you need to gasp for air….but

Breathing through the nose is best but you should know the technique:

Through the nose you should be breathing longer and deeper.
You will probably be breathing cleaner because the nostril clears debris, to a certain degree.
It’s also more relaxing.

Long, slow and calm breathing will help keep you relaxed and it is good for your brain : icon smile Tai Chi Breathing Nose or Mouth?
