The True Chi Will Come
The Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine says that we should “be imperturbable and the true chi will come”. But what does “true chi” mean? Is it the opposite of “false chi”? Read this short article to learn about “true chi”.
An interpretation from Al Simon, Tai Chi and Qigong Lessons: So I would suggest a better translation of
”Be imperturbable and the true chi will come to you”
would be
”By calming the mind, body and breath, one can cultivate the maximum accumulation and free flow of chi.”
